Please make a note of these changes. Also note the following from the graduate school website. Pay particular attention to the last bullet point. You need to complete the application with them AT LEAST 30 days before our deadline or you risk the chance of your paperwork being late. This means you would have to wait until the next application cycle.
Please see this link for more information.
Things to remember
- Check with your respective departments to ensure that you meet departmental deadlines (if any) and submit all supporting documents (e.g., letters of recommendation, GRE/GMAT Scores, etc.). Send all supporting documents directly to the department.
- An admissions decision cannot be made until all supporting documents have been received.
- There are no deadlines for applying to the graduate school however, to receive maximum consideration for financial assistance, it is best to apply as soon as possible.
- If your respective department has a deadline, it is recommended that you submit your application to the graduate school at least 30 days prior to that date.
On the web site it says that step two of the application process (recommendation letters, language evaluation, introductory letter, CV,and writing sample) must be submitted directly to the director of graduate studies of the department of languages and linguistics. But it does not tell us where to send it or how to (email, regular mail or the address). Where do we send these items? Also are there any specific templates for the recommendation letters?
